Keyetta Tate

Keyetta S. Tate serves as the Senior Fiscal Coordinator in the Office of Finance. With over 19 years of stellar procurement experience at VCU, she was previously an Administrative Coordinator at the School of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmaceutics. There she processed all fiscal transactions to include purchase orders, pcard operations, travel requests/reimbursements, primary timekeeper, organized financial records, and assisted with onboarding. 

She served as Staff Senator for 3 years, and Recruitment Inclusive Champion for one year. In her current role, she will administer financial transactions including processes of journal vouchers and deposit receipts, manage ordering and purchasing card approvals, assist with and approve travel pre-approvals and reimbursements, facilitate reconciliations and support financial reporting initiative processes and special projects as needed.
